(وليس العبدُ مَحْرمًا لسيدته، نصًّا (٢) ) من حيث كونها مالكة له؛ لحديث ابن عمر عن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال:"سفَر المرأةِ مَع عبدهَا ضيعةٌ". ولأنه غير مأمون عليها، ولا تحرم عليه أبدًا (ولو جاز له النظرُ إليها) لأنه للحرج والمشقة.
