كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(عليه) أي: على المُحْرم (بالدلالة، أو الإعانة عليه، أو الإشارة) إليه (فأكل منه، لم يضمن) ما أكله (للأكل) بل للسبب من الدلالة ونحوها؛ لأنه مضمون بالسبب، فلم يتكرَّر ضمانه كما تقدم.
