(ولا يرفع صوته) لقوله تعالى: {لَا تَرْفَعُوا أَصْوَاتَكُمْ فَوْقَ صَوْتِ النَّبِيِّ وَلَا تَجْهَرُوا لَهُ بِالْقَوْلِ كَجَهْرِ بَعْضِكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ} وحُرمته ميتًا كحُرمته حيًّا.
