(ولا يجاهد تطوُّعًا مَن عليه دَين - ولو مؤجَّلًا لآدمي - لا وفاء له، إلا بإذن غريمه) لأن الجهاد يُقصد منه الشهادة، وبها تفوت النفس، فيفوت الحق بفواتها.
