(ولا يجب هدم ما كان موجودًا منها) أي: من البِيَع والكنائس ونحوها (وقت فتح) الأرض التي هي بها (ولو كان) فتحها (عنوةً) لمفهوم خبر ابن عباس السابق، وغيره.
