(وإن أظهر) الذِّمي (منكرًا، أو رفع صوته بكتابه، أو ركب الخيل ونحوه) مما تقدم أنهم يُمنعون منه (لم ينتقض عهده) بذلك لأن العقد لا يقتضيه، ولا ضرر على المسلمين فيه (ويؤدَّب) لارتكابه المحرَّم.
