(وعكسُها) أي: عكس مسألة العِينة، وهو أن يبيع السلعة أولًا بنقد يقبضه، ثم يشتريها من مشتريها بأكثر من الأول من جنسه نسيئة، أو لم يقبض (مِثلَها) في الحكم. نقله حرب ، لأنه يُتخذ وسيلةً إلى الربا.
