(ويحرم قَطْع درهم ودينار) ونحوهما من السِّكة الجائزة بين المسلمين (وكَسْره) أي: ما ذكر من الدرهم والدينار ونحوهما (ولو) كان كَسرُه (لصياغة وإعطاء سائل) لعموم "نهيه - صلى الله عليه وسلم - عن كَسْرِ السِّكَة الجائزة بين المسلمين"؛ ولأن فيه تضييقًا للمعاملة
