(فإن كان) المُبتاع (قصدُه المالَ) الذي هو مع الرقيق، بأن لم يقصد تركه للرقيق، كما يأتي (اشترط علمه) بالمال (وسائر شروط البيع) لأنه مبيع مقصود، أشبه ما لو ضَمَّ إليه عينًا أخرى
