(ومتى زال) البنيان أو الخشب (فله إعادته) لأنه استحق إبقاءه بعوض (سواء زال لسقوطه) أي: سقوط البنيان، أو الخشب (أو) زال لـ ( سقوط الحائط) الذي استأجره لذلك (أو) زال لـ ( غير ذلك) كهدمه إياه.
