(وكذلك لو كان الضامن غير مليء) بالدَّين، وأراد المدين السفر (فله) أي: للغريم (أن يطلب منه) أي: المدين (ضامنًا مليئًا، أو رهنًا) مليئًا، أو رهنًا محرزًا.
