(وإن صدَّقه) أي: المفلس (زيدٌ، لم يقض منه) أي: من المال (الدَّين، ويكون) المال (لزيد) عملًا بإقرار ربِّ اليد (مع يمينه) أي: يمين زيد؛ لاحتمال المواطأة معه.
