(ولا يفتقران إلى القَبول لفظًا) بل يكفي الشروع في العمل قَبولًا، كالوكيل (ولا) يفتقران (إلى ضَرْبِ مدة يحصُل الكمال فيها) لأنه - صلى الله عليه وسلم - لم يضرب لأهل خيبر مدة، ولا خلفاؤه من بعده.
