(ولا يضمن) مُقتني المذكورات، من الكلب العقور، ونحوه (ما أفسدت بغير ذلك) المذكور من عقر، أو خَرْق ثوب، بأن أفسدت (ببول أو ولوغ) في إناء؛ لأن هذا لا يختص بالكلب العقور.
