(فإذا فَرَغَ) الشفيع (من حوائجه، مضى على حسب عادته إلى المشتري) ليطالبه بالشُّفعة (وليس عليه) أي: الشفيع (أن يُسرع في مشيه) إن مشى (أو يُحرِّك دابته) إن ركب؛ لأن الطلب المشروط هو الطلب بحكم العادة
