(وإن أراد الثاني) عند قدومه في غيبة الثالث (الاقتصار على قَدْرِ حَقِّه، فله ذلك) لأنه اقتصر على بعض حَقِّه، وليس فيه تبعيض الصفقة على المشتري، والشفيع دخل على أن الشُّفعة تتبعَّض عليه
