(ولا يلزم الشفيع إذا أخذ الغراس، أو البناء دفع ما أنفقه) المشتري على الغراس والبناء (سواء كان) ما أنفقه (أقلَّ من قيمته أو أكثرَ) منها، يل تلزمه قيمته فقط.
