(والوقف عقدٌ لازم) قال في "التلخيص" وغيره: أخرجه مخرج الوصية أو لم يخرجه (لا يجوز فسخه بإقالة، ولا غيرها) لأنه عقد يقتضي التأبيد، فكان من شأنه ذلك.
