(وإن وهبه نخلًا فحملت، فقَبْل التأبير زيادة متصلة) تمنع الرجوع (وبعده) أي: التأبير - والمراد التشقق - (منفصلة) لا تمنع الرجوع، نقله الحارثي عن الموفَّق، واقتصر عليه.
