(لكن لو نوى الجمع في وقت الثانية، ثم تيمم لها) أي: للمجموعة (أو) تيمم (لفائتة في وقت الأولى، لم يبطل) التيمم (بخروجه) أي: خروج وقت الأولى؛ لأن نية الجمع صيرت الوقتين كالوقت الواحد .
