(فإن كان وارثه جماعة اعتُبر القَبول والرد من جميعهم، فمن قَبِلَ منهم) فله حكمه من لزوم الوصية في نصيبه (أو ردَّ) منهم (فله حكمه) من سقوط حقه من نصيبه، وعوده لورثة الموصي.
