(وحائض أولى) بما تقدم من الماء (من جنب) لأنها تقضي حق الله، وحق زوجها في إباحة وطئها (وهو) أي: الجنب (أولى) بالماء (من محدث) حدثًا أصغر، لأن حدث الجنابة أغلظ، ولأنه يستفيد به ما لا يستفيده المحدث به.
