(ولو أمره ببناء مسجد، فلم يجد) الوصي (عَرْصة) أي: أرضًا يبنيها مسجدًا (لم يجز شراء عَرْصة يزيدها في مسجد صغير) نص عليه ؛ لأنه ليس فعلًا لما أمر به.
