(وإذا كان زوج، وأم) أو جدة (وإخوة لأم) اثنان فأكثر (وإخوة لأبوين، أو لأب) ذكر فأكثر، أو ذكور وإناث (فـ) المسألة من ستة: (للزوج النصف) ثلاثة (وللأم) أو الجدة (السدس) واحد (وللإخوة من الأم الثلث) اثنان (وسقط سائرهم) أي: باقيهم، لاستغراق الفروض التَّرِكة
