(فإن كان المردود عليه) شخصًا (واحدًا) كأم، أو بنت، أو بنت ابن، أو أخت، أو ولد أم، ونحوهم (أخذ المال كلَّه) فرضًا وردًا؛ لأن تقدير الفروض إنما شرع لمكان المزاحمة، ولا مزاحم هنا.
