(قال الشيخُ (١) : وليس لهما) أي: لأبويه (إلزامه بنكاحِ مَن لا يريد) نكاحَها؛ لعدم حصولِ الغرَضِ بها (فلا يكون عاقًّا) بمخالفَتِهما في ذلك (كأكلِ ما لا يريد) أكله.
