(فيحرم) على زانٍ (النظرُ إلى أمِّ المزني بها، و) إلى (ابنتها) لأنه ليس مَحْرمًا لهما (لأن تحريمهن بسبب محرَّم، وكذا المحرَّمةُ باللعان) يحرمُ على الملاعِنِ النظرُ إليها
