(ويحرم نظر شعرها) أي: شعر المرأة الأجنبية، كسائر أجزائها.

و (لا) يحرم نظرُ ولا مَسُّ الشعر (البائن) أي: المنفصل من المرأة الأجنبية؛ لزوال حرمته بالانفصال (وتقدم (٢) في) باب (السواك. وصوتها) أي: الأجنبية
