ولا يصح قبول لمن يحسنها إلا بقبلت تزويجها أو نكاحها أو هذا التزويج أو هذا النكاح أو تزويجها أو رضيت هذا النكاح أو قبلت فقط أو تزوجت

(ولا يصح قَبوله (٢) لمن يحسنها) أي: العربية (إلا بـ) لفظ: "قبلتُ تزويجها، أو:) قبلتُ (نكاحها، أو: قبلتُ هذا النكاح، أو: ) قبلتُ (هذا التزويج، أو: تزوجتها، أو: رضيتُ هذا النكاح، أو: قبلتُ فقط، أو: تزوجتُ) لأن ذلك صريح في الجواب، فصحَّ النكاح به، كالبيع.
