كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإذا استوى وليَّان فأكثر) لامرأةٍ

(في الدرجة) كإخوة لها، كلهم لأبوين، أو لأبٍ، أو أعمام كذلك، أو بني إخوة كذلك (فإن أذنت لواحدٍ منهم) بعينه (تعيَّن، ولم يصح نكاح غيره) ممن لم تأذنه؛ لعدم الإذن.
