(ولو قال: أعتقتُكِ، وزوِّجيني نفسَكِ؛ عَتَقت) لتنجيز عتقها (ولم يلزمها أنْ تتزوجه، ولا شيء عليها) من قيمة نفسها إذا لم تتزوجه؛ لأنه ألزمها بما لا يلزمها، ولم تلتزمه.
