(أُريَت النساءَ الثقات) لأن الحاجة تندفع بذلك (ويُقبل قول امرأة واحدة، عدل) فيكتفى بشهادتها بذلك؛ لأنه محل حاجة، والأحوط اثنتان، كما يأتي في الشهادات.
