(ولا ينكح) العبد (مع الإذن المطلق) من سيده، بأن قال له: تزوج، ونحوه، ولم يقيد بواحدة ولا أكثر (إلا) امرأة (واحدة) نصًّا ؛ لأن ما زاد غير مأذون فيه نطقًا ولا عُرفًا.
