(ومن طَلَّق امرأته قبل الدُّخول) والخلوة (طَلْقة، وظنَّ أنها لا تَبِيْنُ بها، فوطئها؛ لزمه مهر المِثْل) بالوطء؛ لأنه وطء شُبهة (و) لزمه - أيضًا - (نصف المُسمَّى) بالطلاق قبل الدخول؛ لما تقدم.
