(لم يحضُر) وحرمت الإجابة؛ لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "مَنْ كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر، فلا يجلس على مائدةٍ يُدار عليها الخمر" رواه أحمد من حديث عمر ، والترمذي من حديث جابر .
