(ويعزل وجوبًا عن الكل) أي: عن زوجة حرة أو أَمَةٍ، وعن سُرِّيَّة (بدار حرب) لئلا يُستعبد الولد (بلا إذن) أي: لا يحتاج بدار الحرب إلى استئذان في العزل. وتقدم في النكاح ما فيه .
