(فلو كان بينهما) أي: التوأمين (أربعون) فأكثر (فلا نفاس للثاني نصًا) لأن الولد الثاني تبع للأول، فلم يعتبر في آخر النفاس كأوله (بل هو) أي: ما خرج مع الولد الثاني بعد الأربعين من الأول (دم فساد) لأنه لا يصلح حيضًا، ولا نفاسًا.
