(ويَقْسِمُ) الزوجُ (لمن سافر بها) من زوجاته (بقُرعة إذا قدم) من سفره (ولا يحتَسِب عليها بمدة السفر) لحديث عائشة السابق ، ولم تذكر قضاء؛ ولأن المسافرة اختصت بمشقة السفر فاختصت بالقَسْم.
