(وإن أراد) مَنْ تحته أكثر من امرأة (النُّقلة من بلد إلى بلد بنسائه، فأمكنه استصحاب الكلِّ في سفره؛ فعل) أي: استصحبهنَّ.

(ولا يجوز له إفرادُ إحداهُنَّ) باستصحابها معه (بغير قُرعة) لأنه مَيْلٌ
