(وإن وكَّلت المرأة في ذلك) أي: في مخالعتها من زوجها (فخالع) وكيلها (بمهرها فما دونـ) ه إن لم تعيِّن له ما يخالع به (أو) خالع (بما عينته) له (فما دونـ) ه (صح) الخلع، لصدوره من أهله في محلِّه
