(و) إن قال: (إذا مضى يوم فأنتِ طالق، فإن كان) القول المذكور (نهارًا؛ وقع) الطلاق (إذا عاد النهار إلى مثل وقته) الذي تلفَّظَ فيه، من أمس ذلك النهار؛ ليكمل اليوم.
