(وإن حلف: ليفعلنَّ شيئًا) كـ: لَيَدْخُلَنَ الدار، أو: ليقومن (ولم يعيِّن له وقتًا بلفظه ولا نيَّته، فهو على التراخي أيضًا) فلا يحنث إلا عند اليأس من فعله.
