(بخلاف) قوله: (إن كان أبوك راضيًا) بما فعلتِه فأنت طالق، فقال: ما رضيتُ، ثم قال: رضيتُ؛ فلا تطلق (لأنه) أي: المعلَّق عليه (ماض) وهذا الذي صدر منه مستقبل، فلم يوجد المُعلَّق عليه.
