(وليسا) أي: الأذان، والإقامة (بشرط للصلاة، فتصح) الصلاة (بدونهما) لأن ابن مسعود صلى بعلقمة، والأسود، بلا أذان ولا إقامة ، احتج به أحمد (مع الكراهة) ذكره الخرقي، وغيره، وذكر جماعة إلا بمسجد قد صلي فيه. ويأتي.
