(وكذلك إن اختلفا في الكُفْر) بأن قال: قذفتُها وهي كافرة. قالت: بل مسلِمة (أو) اختلفا في (الرِّقِّ) بأن قال: قذفتُها وهي رقيقة، فقالت: بل حُرَّة (أو) اختلفا في (الوقت) بأن قال: قذفتُها يومَ الخميس، فقالت: بل يوم الجمعة.
