(فأما إن طلَّقها) ولو بائنًا (فاعْتَدَّتْ بالأقراء، ثم ولدت قبل مُضِيِّ ستة أشهر من آخِرِ أقرائها؛ لَحِقه) نسب الولد (ولزم ألا يكون الدم حيضًا) لعلمنا أنها كانت حاملًا في زمن رؤية الدم، والحامل لا تحيض.
