(والابتداء) أي: ابتداء العِدَّة (من حينَ وَقَعَ الطلاق، سواء كان) وقوعه (في الليل أو النهار، أو في أثنائهما، من ذلك الوقت إلى مثله، فإن كان الطلاق في أول الشهر، اعتبر ثلاثة أشهر بالأهلة) لظاهر النص
