(وإنِ اكترته) أي: اكترت - من وجبت لها السُّكنى - مسكنًا (بإذنه) أي: إذن من وجبت عليه (أو) بـ (بإذن حاكم، أو) اكترته (بدونهما؛ للعجز عن إذنه) أي: إذن أحدهما (رجعت) عليه بنظير ما اكترت به، كما لو قام بذلك أجنبي بنية الرجوع
