(فإن كانت أنثى فـ) ـالحضانة عليها لعصبة (من محارِمها ولو برضاع ونحوه) كمصاهرة، بأن تكون ربيبة له دخل بأمها (فلا حضانة عليها لابن العم ونحوه) كابن عم الأب إذا لم يكن محرمًا برضاع ونحوه (لأنه ليس من مَحارِمها.
