(وإن كان) سَدُّ الفم والأنف، أو عصر الخُصيتين (في مدة لا يموت) مثلُه (فيها غالبًا، فشِبْه عمدٍ، إلا أن يكون صغيرًا (١) إلى الغاية، بحيث لا يُتوهم الموت فيه، فمات؛ فهدْر) لأنه لم يقتله.
